Our free design and quotation services are provided as a courtesy to assist you during the order process. Customers are responsible for verifying that all measurements, specifications, and selections are accurate prior to purchase.

If a KitchenSearch representative has completed the measurements for your project, you can rest assured that the responsibility for accuracy lies with us. In the event of an error, KitchenSearch will take full responsibility and make it right.
KitchenSearch and our design associates are not liable for errors in quotations or designs when measurements are supplied directly by the customer. Customers must review all details carefully to confirm product selection, quantity, color, dimensions, and placement. In addition, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all shipping, billing, and contact information is correct and current. KitchenSearch is not responsible for issues resulting from inaccurate information provided at the time of order.
Lead Times & Shipping
